The Lower Silesia Monuments' Miniatures Park has been established in Kowary in the neighbourhood of a carpet factory. The goal is to create a tourist attraction and a euroregion information centre. Visitors of the Park have the unique opportunity to get familiar with monuments like the palaces, mansions, churches and ancient city centres reproduced precisely in 1:25 scale.

- “Strzecha Akademicka” hostel
This is the second largest refuge in the Karkonosze Mountains. It was built in 1886 as a shepherd hut and sits at 1,258 metres above sea level. Strzecha Akademicka gradually changed its look as the tourist traffic grew and finally it became a mountain hostel. Nearby is the main tourist route leading to the top of Śnieżka Mountain.
This miniature was built by three artists in two months.
