The Lower Silesia Monuments' Miniatures Park has been established in Kowary in the neighbourhood of a carpet factory. The goal is to create a tourist attraction and a euroregion information centre. Visitors of the Park have the unique opportunity to get familiar with monuments like the palaces, mansions, churches and ancient city centres reproduced precisely in 1:25 scale.

- Łomnica Palace
Thanks to its unique atmosphere and romantic location, the Łomnica Palace is one of the most interesting monuments of the Jelenia Góra Valley, by the river Bóbr. The residence was built in 18th century in Baroque style and it is an idyllic example of an old Silesian manor. From 1835 the palace is in the hands of the von Küster family who has created a Cultural Centre for the whole Jelenia Góra Valley.
This miniature was built by six artists in two months.
