The Lower Silesia Monuments' Miniatures Park has been established in Kowary in the neighbourhood of a carpet factory. The goal is to create a tourist attraction and a euroregion information centre. Visitors of the Park have the unique opportunity to get familiar with monuments like the palaces, mansions, churches and ancient city centres reproduced precisely in 1:25 scale.

- Gerhard Hauptmann’s Villa
Having over 100 years of history, the villa called “Wiesenstein” (“The Field Rock”) was built in Neo-Renaissance style on commission of the famous Silesian writer, Gerhard Hauptmann, in 1902. From the beginning it was a refuge for Silesian writers enabling them to escape from reality. Today, Gerhard Hauptmann’s Villa is a museum showcasing the heritage of Lower Silesia.
This miniature was built by six artists in two and a half months.
