The Lower Silesia Monument’s Miniatures Park has been established in Kowary in the neighborhood of a carpet factory. The goal is to create a euroregion information centre. Visitors of the Park have the unique opportunity to get familiar with monuments reproduced precisely in 1:25 scale.

Sedan chair - Jul 30, 2022
Did you know that it used to be possible to get to the top of Śnieżka by a sedan chair? 
In the 17th century, pilgrims were carried up to the top of Śnieżka, for example during important church holidays. In 19th century, it was noticed that this was a great way to make some extra money, and for a fee, anyone could use the service of a bearer! 
This way of traveling in the Giant Mountains survived until the 1920s, and we can see the original sedan chairs in the Museum of Sports and Tourism in Karpacz.
In our park, you don’t need a bearer, because you will reach the summit of Śnieżka in a few seconds!
